Tojo’s – Yoshi rides for Japan

Wow, do I have some fun posts coming up for all of you to read! It’s been super around here!

So many AMAZING events the last few weeks have kept me away from blogging, but now that the holidays are here, I’ll have a little more down time so I can fill you in!!

To start, I want to share with you a wonderful event that happened at Tojo’s Restaurant in Vancouver, BC.  Yoshi, one of Tojo’s top chef’s travelled all across Canada on his bicycle to create awareness for Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief.   Yoshi’s incredible journey took nearly 6 months, travelling 12,500km.

Yoshikazu Nakauchi is now safely back in Vancouver!!!! Find out more about Yoshi Rolls for Japan: http://yoshirolls.org/

I, of course, donated a cake to this fantastic event to look similar to Yoshi’s jersey, as he wore it all across Canada.  Here are some photos taken from one of Vancouver top photographers, Dan Poh Photography:

So there you go!  Incredible event, right?!?  By the way, if you live near or are planning on visiting Vancouver, BC, Canada, I highly recommend eating at Tojo’s if you love Sushi!  Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the city!!!
